The traffic is killing me.....

I'm really a beackpacker nowadays because i'm travelling around with a motorbike and my backpack on my crooked back! I've been doing this for the last 4 days already and it is great, but it is hurting my back like hell! The traffic over here is absoloutly crazy and dangerous, everybody is overtaking from everywhere, you cannot keep track of all the traffic. But so far so good!
The last few days in PNG i spend in Port Moresby at the CTI. I stayed at the marianhill house there, it was really nice and i got to spend the annual feastday over there. We had a celebrationing in the morning in the church and after that a hole feastday including a feastmeal! I guess i was just lucky.
After that i went back to sydney for 3 days and i met up with some friends from the whitsunday trip and my divingbuddy from Cairns. The last day in Australia i spend in the Blue mountains. A national park just 2 hours out of Sydney. It was absoloutly amazing. It was really clear that day and the views were amazing, we went for a 4 hour walk and saw the 3 sisters and the grand canyon. It was one of the best walks i've ever done!
Last wednesday was my flight to Bali, and i arrived late in the afternoon. I went to see the last state of origin match, but we lost the last game, but still queenland has won the trophy for this year! NSW can have one game! The second day in Kuta i met up with a Hungarian guy with whoem i'm travelling with at the moment. We both rented a bike and went with our backpacks. We visited the monkeyforest in Ubud where there were monkeys everywhere they crawled all over you! The next day we went to the dreamland beach, probably the most amazing beach i've ever seen with great surfing waves! We stayed there in a room with a view. Now we caught the ferry to lombok and we spend the night at the beach with a few Bintangs (beers) and a fire. We met a few french guys at the ferry and we all didn't sleep last night and partied all night long! Today i'm going diving on the gilly island hopefully! That all for now and the pictures will follow! Thanks and till the next time!

Heej!!!

Gil And Marg:
So happy to read your news and to hear what a great time you are having. Continue to stay safe. We are having cold weather at present, today the minimum was 6C and the expected maximum is 19C. Next Monday we are travelling to Benita's place, south of Newcastle and on to the Central Coast, a place called Cococabana, near Gosford to stay a few days with Marg's Sister. It will be colder there.
Richard won his Cross Country race, also the 400 metres in record time. He is very excited, as is Gil who was his trainer! Not bad for an 8 year old!
James and Marty have finished their training on the Airbus 320-200 and start flying to Japan and the Asian area in a few weeks. Megumi is enrolling in the Sunshine Coast Uni to improve her English and to further her Law Studies so that she can be a Lawyer in Australia. In Japan she only did Japanese Law, she would like to study International Law here and work in that area.
Margaret is having another op in August, this time on her knee. Growing old is no fun Joost.
Well Joost as said before, continue to travel safely, keep well and enjoy yourself. Guess you will be home before we arrive back from our Southern trip. Hi to Mum and Dad.
Take care and God Bless.
